Our Story, Your Path

About the Program

Archi’s Institute for Sustainable Agriculture (AiSA) is a workforce training program focused on preparing students for careers in sustainable agriculture and agribusiness.

Long History

Since 2007, over 850 graduates have completed the program and gone on to work in farming, food production, and agriculture-related businesses.

Flexibility

The program is delivered online, with optional in-person farm labs in Escondido, California. Students gain both technical and business skills, preparing them for real opportunities in the agriculture industry.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the 6 week and 12 week cohorts?

The 6 week course is meant for full time focus whereas the 12 weeks is for someone that works a 9-5 job and is taking this course on the side.

Can I train on the farm?

Yes! We offer optional in-person farm labs at our Escondido, California location.

Is this a 100% online course?

The course can be completed fully online, but we offer optional in-person farm labs for hands-on experience.

Do I need any prerequisites?

No prerequisites are required. The program is designed for students of all experience levels.
