How to Apply

Our application process is straightforward — no entrance exams, no essays.

Step 1

Complete the AiSA Application

Fill out the student information form below. It takes about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Select Your Funding

Tell us about your funding eligibility — GI Bill, SkillBridge, TA, grants, or self-pay. We’ll help you figure out the best option.

Step 3

Complete the UMN Crookston Application

Because our program awards college credits through UMN, you’ll also complete a short university application. We walk you through every step.

Step 4

Enrollment Confirmation

Once approved, you’ll receive your cohort assignment, schedule, and onboarding materials.

Admissions FAQ

Is there an application fee?

No. The application is completely free.

Do I need a college degree to apply?

No degree or prior education is required. Our program is designed to be accessible to anyone motivated to learn.

How long does the application process take?

The AiSA application takes about 10 minutes. The UMN Crookston application may take an additional 15–20 minutes. Most applicants complete both within a single sitting.

When will I hear back about my application?

We review applications on a rolling basis. Most applicants hear back within 3–5 business days.

Can I apply for a future cohort if the current one is full?

Absolutely. Your application stays active and we’ll contact you when the next cohort opens.
